Service

We stayed at the hotel for two nights and really enjoyed our time here. The room is clean, spacious and shower was hot. The rooms at the backside have a big balcony with a nice view over the city. Fastest internet we found in Africa so far. You can safely park your car in front of the hotel or in the carpark behind.
If you are interested you can plan your trip using the tour operator and even rent a car!

Great Hotel, lovely staff

This hotel is over priced by at least $30. I and colleagues spent 2nights on 3rd and 4th October. There internet was on and off. On 4th we had no warm water. It is also poorly maintained. Also it is 2*

This hotel is over priced

As a regular traveler into African countries this hotel is a surprising good one on my list. The staff is friendly like most Rwandans are, but they serve like crazy! If your favorite beer is not in the reefer, they will get it for you instantly. I broke a part of the shower fastener, guess what? It was repaired next day already! Remember this is Africa.
I stayed here 4 weeks, had sometimes trouble with hot water, sometimes the strong and fast wifi (every floor has it's own router) was totally gone, but all over i have had a good and safe (cctv in all corridors) stay. One minus: the breakfast is sometimes rich, sometimes very poor. Why do they do this to their customers? I could not find out.

A very clean hotel in the city centre with a friendly staff

This was my first time in Kigali. Impala Hotel gave a good impression of itself and of the people of Rwanda. Smart, beautiful, and very helpful staff, always ready to do what they can to make you comfortable.

The only problem I had was the fact that there was no air conditioning in the room, which required one to live the windows open and thus allow the annoying mosquitoes in. I am not a fan of the mosquito nets(which are available in each room).

Breakfast could be better too.
