The hospitality is 100%, from the receptionist to the CEO, down to the room service. The breakfast, the fruits, the apartment is very neat and quiet. The location gives you a good view of the city. I will like to recommend Rohi to anyone coming in for both long and short stay. I spent 4wks in this apartment without asking my company for a change. 

Home away from home 

We arrived at rohi apart hotel and were greeted warmly by concierge  and the front desk staff . Never had such a wonderful home away . Rooms are cleans , modern and spacious with full furnitured .if you are tourists and long stay guest don't hesitate to pass your nights in this apartment hotel you will thank me later.

Wonderful hotel in kigali

I was lucky enough to stay at the Rohi Apartment Hotel during the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting in June 2022.  From the moment I checked-in late on a Saturday night to the time I left the following week, the staff could not have been more helpful and friendly.

The apartments themselves are very clean and the bed was extremely comfy.  The bathrooms are big (with great showers) and, even when I had a minor flood in my bathroom, it was all fixed immediately.

The apartment balconies are West-facing so you have a great sunset.  The living rooms are comfortable with large televisions (if you want that), and the kitchens are fully equipped, even with electric coffee percolators.  (A must for the excellent Rwandan coffee).

There is a large choice for breakfast each morning, all brought to your apartment at the chosen time. It really sets you up for the day.

And the staff were exceptional.  Dennis, the manager, helped me every single day with travel, things to do in my limited down-time, and even tracking down a phone I had left in a taxi. And he's a charming conversationalist.  Nothing is too much trouble.  And the same goes for the rest of the staff.

If you're making a trip to Kigali--for work or pleasure--I highly recommend the Rohi Apartments.  You really will not go wrong for somewhere to stay.

Dear ROHI Hotels and Apparments,

I was planning to stay for one week at this hotel. 

when I came inside this property and I saw the security not wearing his mask properly showing his nose and mouth.  I saw him as well spiting on the floor.   I found it very bad and against the everything of health prevention during this pandemic COVID19  (CORONA VIRUS) situation.

I approached to a small room who it looks like and small office.  I introduce myself to a gentleman there and I asked for prices for a day and for a week.

He immediately very unprofessional not showing interest was verbally giving me information about this hotel.  Giving information ONLY for the most expensive prices and rates. 

He has not the price list with him when I asked him.  He shows me after the list of prices and i confirm that he wanted only to sell the most expensive rooms to me. 

I only asked to show me a normal single room with a normal price.  He showed me the 
first-floor room.  A huge room with kitchen, gas, bedroom, and a very strange toilet with JACCUSY inside the toilet. 

I asked him please to showed me a normal small room for me.  He totally refused my wishes.  I felt not comfortable and offended with the terrible services of this gentleman. always telling me this room is great and spacious.  It came into to my attention that the room was very dirty and smelly. when i spoke to him about the bad SMELL of the room he informed me the room was not been cleaned, BUT the bed was made, the kitchen was clean!  How is possible the room was not been made? The room smell was very bad.

I realized, he lied to me.  After we left the room we came back to his office and he didn’t want me to give his list of prices. I only this was allow to take a screen shot.     

Dear management and OWNER!

Please help us to get clean rooms and get a professional costumer service.

why cheating and selling expensive ROOMS when the normal affordable room pricse are also good for selling.

I will never come back to this property to stay or recommend to any of my expats friends.

I hope to receive a letter of apologies for that situation happened.

The most terrible experience in my life.NEVER AGAIN IN THIS ROHIT HOTEL APARTMENTS

I had to stay for 3 months while on assignment. Jackson and his staff were always prompt, friendly, and courteous to any requests. The room was large and had a great view of the convention center. The staff kept the place very clean. No major issues in the 3 months of my stay.

Perfect for a long-term stay

Excellent accommodation with good security and courteous staff. The design of the rooms ideal for both business stay and home comfort. Self catering rooms, clean and very comfortable beds. I will come back anytime 


Rohi awesome

Rohi apartment are not only beautiful but the service was also great. With the friendly manager Jackson. I was there for 8 days but i would recommend it to anyone and it will always my prefered apartment while in Kigali. Keep up the good work.

Best service and clean apartment

I stayed here for a little over a week. Rohi is set in a safe and secure location with an excellent view of the city. The manager and staff are very helpful and responsive. This was a great experience and I recommend this hotel.

Rohi is a friendly, clean, welcoming and comfortable environment! Whether you are looking to stay for a week or many months, you will not be disappointed. Staff is extremely helpful and responsive and layout of apartments is spacious. You will breathe deeper and relax easier when staying at rohi. On top of everything, the location is excellent!
