There is a playground in the courtyard of the house. The territory of the house is closed.

The main sleeping place is a double bed 160x200 with orthopedic mattress. An extra bed is a 140x200 sofa bed. In a separate kitchen there are a refrigerator, oven, extractor hood, microwave, slow cooker, toaster, kettle, necessary utensils, geyser coffee maker. There are a safe, a hair dryer, an iron, a dryer, wardrobes, a desktop for a PC, a washing machine, a vacuum cleaner. For entertainment: cable TV, Wi-Fi, private video library with 2500 movies, audio library with concerts, audio speakers, electric fireplace.

Guests are provided with: bedding, bath towels, hygiene products, slippers. For the beach: beach waffle towels, foot towels, mats, umbrella; for cold weather — plaid, raincoats. Bathrobes and umbrellas are available on request.

Autonomous heating is equipped, hot water is available all year round. The windows face south-east with a view of the fountain and the park in the courtyard. Mosquito nets and blinds are installed on the windows. There is an air conditioner. The loggia is equipped with a sleeping place, an armchair bed, as well as panoramic windows with heating and heat-protective curtains, lighting and a TV.

A shuttle service is available upon request.
