Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. The front desk is open until 20:00. Check-in is possible from 02:00 PM until 08:00 PM. Guests are required to contact the check-in manager the day before arrival in order to arrange check-in time and arrange key collection. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation.
Each guest is required to have a passport with them in order to conclude a rental agreement.
These residential premises are intended for residential use only: any type of event is prohibited.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in residential areas and on balconies. Smoking is subject to a fine of RUB 3000.00.
The guest must keep quiet at night (please refrain from shouting, loud music or other noise between 10:00 PM and 07:00 AM).
In case of damage to the property, guests should inform the property in order to clarify the cost and compensate for the damage.
In case of damage to residential premises, sanitary-technical and other equipment located in the apartment, if the damage occurred fault of the guest or persons living together with him/her, the guest must compensate the damage on their own, either in cash according to market prices on specified equipment or in the price list.
The property is not responsible for the safety of items and jewelry left in the residential areas. When leaving the apartment, please close the doors with a key and do not leave the windows open. |
