We had a great stay – the room was comfy, clean, warm and quiet with all the amenities needed – bottled water was provided and the mini Christmas tree in the room was a nice touch! Staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke English and booked us a taxi when needed. We had asked to check in/out in the middle of the night (~3am) to take the trans-siberian train, and staff checked us in/out quickly and easily. We had laundry done which was really quick – ready later the same day (although not cheap!). The location of the hotel was good, it was easily walkable from all the main sights, and only 5 mins from Church on the Blood.
