In the absence of a passport, guests must provide a certificate in the prescribed form, issued in case of loss. Children under the age of fourteen must present their birth certificates.

Foreign citizens or stateless persons present their passport, visa and migration card to the administrator.

The administrator has the right to refuse to settle in cases where:

— the visitors have no documents, the documents are invalid or expired, there is a suspicion that the documents are fake;

— there is no payment for the room in the prescribed manner and in the required amount;

— the guest is drunk, behaving inappropriately or aggressively;

— the guest refuses to comply with the hotel's internal rules.

The guest's visitors, at his request and with the notification of the administrator, can stay in the hostel until 11:00 PM.

Intermediate room cleaning is carried out daily. If the guest does not need cleaning, a corresponding sign is posted on the door handle on the corridor side.

In order to ensure the order and safety of guests, it is prohibited to:

— create inconvenience and disturb the peace of other guests of the hostel;

— leave strangers in the room in your absence;

— transfer the key to unauthorized persons;

— drinking alcoholic beverages;

— use heating devices if it is not provided in the hostel room.;

— store bulky items, flammable, explosive, toxic, narcotic materials and substances in the room;

— rearrange and move furniture, remove things belonging to the hostel from the room;

— smoking in rooms, halls and corridors of the hostel.

An additional cleaning fee of RUB 1000.00 will be charged for the violation.

Children of any age are allowed. One child under 6 years old stays free of charge in existing beds.

Extra beds are not available in the room.

Pets are not allowed.

Check-in and check-out within 2 hours before or after the specified time can be done free of charge, depending on availability. After 2 hours, a fee of 100% of the room rate will be charged for check-in and check-out.
