Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival.

The receptionist greets guests until 09:00 PM, after that time, guests are asked to come for the keys themselves.

Early or late check-in is negotiated individually.

Accounting documents are provided upon request.

The apartment is not rented to persons under the influence of alcohol.

Bicycles and strollers are not allowed in the apartment.

It is forbidden to smoke, make noise, listen to loud music, arrange various events, walk in street shoes and spoil property in the apartment. When neighbors file a complaint, the apartment owner has the right to evict guests without refund and deposit.

The deposit is refunded before 05:00 PM on the day of departure, after cleaning, checking the apartment and after handing over the keys, if all the rules of accommodation are observed in the apartment.

Upon remote check-in, the guest sends the owner the payment for the stay, the amount of the deposit, a photo of the passport (pages 2-3, 5-12) and receives an access code to the apartment.
