Guests are required to contact the property in advance, no later than 24 hours before the check-in date, to inform about the expected time of arrival. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation. Guests can either call the provided phone number or send a message via WhatsApp.
One hour before arrival, guests are required to notify the accommodation representatives by telephone about the check-in.
The apartment is located in the city center. From the central railway station, guests can take bus No. 30 and № 89 to the Kinoteatr Mir stop.
The possibility and cost of transfer are discussed in advance.
Guests must inform about the expected check-in time in advance, approximately one day before check-in, it is necessary to additionally contact the contacts indicated in the ad and clarify the check-in time.
Early check-in and late check-out are agreed in advance and are provided for an additional fee and subject to availability.
When checking in, the guest inspects the apartment, after which a daily rental agreement for the residential premises is concluded.
The deposit is retained in the event of a violation of the terms of residence, such as holding events and parties, smoking in the apartment, causing damage to the premises, elements of the premises' decoration, as well as furniture and property in the premises, including its damage, theft or destruction. If the cost of the damage caused exceeds the amount of the deposit, the guest reimburses the cost of the damage in an amount in excess of the deposit.
