Arrived to Chelyabinsk for the first time. Colleagues recommended this hotel and already at check-in (01 AM) I felt this was a great hotel. Very friendly and professional staff greeted me, even showed me to the excellent room on the 18th floor. Cozy comfortable interior in the room, clean and well-maintained. General areas of the hotel adds to the overall impression. Once in this hotel - always here. Thanks for a first class stay. I will return.
