I spent less than 24 hours in the city while staying in the hotel on March 22. My complete experience with the hotel can only be summarized as outstanding! Everything functioned in an excellent way since the first moment. Checking-in was easy and fast, the room was immaculate and clean, well equipped, warm and soundproof. Restaurant was good and offered a number of dishes, although I had to miss breakfast the next morning due to red eye flight to Moscow (but I was given a lunch box which was good). Begind the reception desk was small yet functional table with a PC for guests and there is an exposition of Simbircit stones with accompaning chains, bracelets, rings etc. Location of the hotel is superb, being in a proximity of Lenin Memorial Museum and the house as well as shopping malls and cafes and restaurants which I visited too. However, the biggest treasure of the hotel are girls from the Reception. Alexandra/Alex/Sasha, Anastasia, Anna&Co were simply great. Fast and smiling, professional to the core, they all have offered numerous suggestions and advices which all proved of great benefit for a traveller spending short time in the city (Thanks goes to all of you at the reception!). Management should be very happy having them there!

At the hotel

The hotel offers standard rooms and deluxe rooms with modern amenities. On the ground floor of the hotel there is a restaurant of European cuisine Gallery and a lobby bar. Breakfasts are served daily: "Swedish line", a-la cart, complex breakfasts and vip breakfasts. On weekdays from 6:30 to 11:00, on weekends and holidays from 7:00 to 11:30. Business lunches are held daily from 12:00 to 15:00. In summer, guests can enjoy the Italian-style outdoor terrace in the courtyard of the hotel, and in winter, the NERPA DEEP&ICE ice skating rink is open for guests.

A gym is open for guests around the clock, room service is available on a special room-service menu. Transfer from/to the airport and railway station. Extras: laundry, steam service, ATM, ironing services, press and safe. The hotel staff speaks English and Russian.

For guests with children there are baby bathrobes, cribs, a special menu in the restaurant and high chairs, free breakfast for children from 0 to 6 years old. The hotel offers children to register at a special children's reception desk, where they hand over their first children's passport to the child.

It offers the KOSHELEV CONGRESS HALL with 19 conference halls and meeting rooms with the possibility of transformation and a capacity of up to 1,500 guests, equipment for events of various sizes and formats. Transformer halls on the 2nd and 3rd floor of the congress center are separated by noise-insulating partitions. Each site has a full set of auxiliary equipment for organizing conferences, online meetings, as well as banquets, gala dinners, weddings and VIP meetings. There is an internal parking for 55 cars. All floors of the congress center are connected by an escalator and elevators.
