- Polite and helpful customer service.
- Working desk and comfortable sofa.

- Floor was a bit dusty and sandy when we entered.
- Some issues with the toilet tank, seems not enough water to flush
- Better take YandexGo to get into this area if you carry heavy luggage - avoiding stairs and slopes (it's a walkable distance tho ~ 15mins from the station
