What was good

The location is perfect- the hotel is right in the city centre and and easy distance to everything The room is a little small but very comfortable. It is very light and has all amenities such as a kettle, bathroom accessories etc. The hotel was very clean The staff were very polite and welcoming

What was bad

I had trouble finding the hotel as it is located over shops and shares the stairs with other shops and businesses. At night it is especially hard to find and even my taxi driver couldn’t find it for 40mins. I would really like the hotel to have a neon sign above the door at night
