Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival.

Checking of citizens of the Russian Federation is carried out only with an internal passport. Checking in with a foreign passport or driver's license is not possible.

For the check-in of foreign citizens, it is necessary to provide a passport, a visa — if it is necessary for staying on the territory of the Russian Federation and a migration card.

Children must present a birth certificate to check in. An entry in the passport is not enough, settlement without a birth certificate is impossible according to the legislation of the Russian Federation.

One child under 12 years of age stays free of charge when sharing a parent/guardian's room with no extra bed.

Breakfast for a child in this case is paid additionally at the rate established on the date of stay. Children receive a 50% discount on breakfast.

Breakfast for the third guest is charged extra.

A baby cot for children under two years old is provided free of charge. It is necessary to notify the hotel in advance if baby cots are required, as their number is limited.

The selected bed type is not guaranteed and is determined on the day of arrival.

The possibility of early check-in or late check-out must be agreed in advance at the reception. In case there are no rooms ready for occupancy, guests can leave things in the storage room until the room is ready.

Only registered guests are allowed in the rooms.

The hotel is located in the historical center of the city. Guests are required to plan their travel by private vehicle in advance. The hotel has limited underground parking. It is suitable for a car with dimensions not exceeding: length — 4.8 m, width — 2.2 m, height — 1.8 m, weight — up to 2 tons. Parking is paid, availability and cost must be checked with the hotel in advance.

Guests can use the concierge service to arrange a transfer to the hotel. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

For an additional fee, guests can stay at the hotel with a non-fighting dog up to 5 kg upon presentation of a pet passport and a certificate of vaccinations received.

For registration of all foreign citizens, a mandatory fee of RUB 270.00 is charged.
