The hotel is located in a house built at the beginning of the 20th century - the famous Residential Complex of the Basin Association. This is a historic building built in 1914 in the Art Nouveau style, with vintage interiors.

How to get to the hotel:

If you stand facing the house, on the right side, just around the corner is the entrance to the front door. There is a “Democrat” sign on the front door, and a separate bell to the left of the door at eye level. The hotel is on the 7th floor with an elevator.
