Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Round-the-clock settlement. In the case of a day-to-day check-in, guests must inform the administrator from 08:00 to 22:00 for check-in instructions. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.
Check-in is carried out remotely: after the conclusion of an electronic contract (renting a dwelling) and making a deposit, the administrator sends information on settling.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to prior arrangement at an additional cost.

Children from 0 to 4 years old can be provided with a baby cot as an extra bed free of charge. Children from 4 years old are counted as a separate guest with the provision of an extra bed.

Dog-friendly. For accommodation with a dog, a one-time fee of RUB 3000.00 is charged for special cleaning and a security deposit of RUB 5000.00, regardless of the length of stay (payment on the day of settlement). Accommodation is possible only with dogs of non-hazardous breeds up to 8 kg. Cats and larger dogs are not allowed.
