The apartment complex is a large house in the form of a ship with several entrances and elevators. There is unguarded parking on the territory of the residential complex, as well as many spontaneous parking lots around. The territory of the residential complex is landscaped with children's and sports grounds, shops, bakeries, cafes.

The apartments have double beds. The triple studio has a sofa bed. Cotton linens, a warm duvet and pillows of different softness to choose from are provided.

The apartments have a kitchenette with appliances and utensils necessary for cooking and table setting, storage space for clothes, dishwashing and cleaning products. For the convenience of guests, an iron and ironing board, dryers for clothes and shoes are provided.
