As part of the major renovation of houses in St. Petersburg from 04/01/2024 to 08/31/2024, in the building where the hotel is located, the Committee for Urban Planning and Architecture of the City of St. Petersburg is carrying out repairs restoration work on the faсade of the building. The hotel team apologizes for the inconvenience caused.
An extra bed — a folding bed — is available upon request and subject to availability for an additional fee: from 01.04 to 30.09 and from 29.12 to 08.01 the additional payment is RUB 1000.00 per day.
Meals are provided only for main beds; meals are not provided for extra beds.
When booking an additional bed, breakfast and dinner are not included in the price and must be paid on site. Breakfast — RUB 750.00 per extra bed, dinner — RUB 950.00.
It is possible to provide a child's bed as an extra bed. Children aged 0 to 7 years inclusive stay free of charge.
The hotel offers guaranteed early check-in, the cost is 100% of the previous day's payment. Non-guaranteed early check-in is available free of charge from 08:00, subject to availability. Late check-out before 17:00 is paid in the amount of 50% of the cost of one night's stay. Late check-in after 17:00 is paid in the amount of 100% of the cost of one night's stay.
Pets weighing up to 9 kg are allowed. When checking in with animals, a deposit of RUB 5000.00 is required, which is refundable provided that nothing is damaged in the room. Up to 5 kg — RUB 500.00 per day, up to 9 kg — RUB 1000.00 per day.

The hotel is fine, the room numbers are clean and nicely furnished. The only thing to complain about is the strange smell of the water in bathroom. Everything else was on a good level.
