Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Registration fee for registration for guests who are not citizens of the Russian Federation: RUB 250.00 per guest per stay.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All older children or adults are charged an extra fee of RUB 3000.00 per person per night for extra beds. Extra beds and baby cots are available on request. Need to be confirmed by the hotel for this service.
From Tuesday to Sunday, the hotel provides guests with a free shuttle service from the hotel to the Winter Palace. The shuttle departs from the main entrance of the Hotel at 10:00, 12:00, 14:00 and 16:00 and, having made its way along the historic Petersburg, arrives at the main building of the museum complex on Dvortsovaya Embankment. Return shuttle are sent at 10:45, 12:45, 14:45 and 16:45. On request, the bus stops at any convenient point for guests on the route Hotel-Winter Palace.
The third (and subsequent) guest will be charged a surcharge for breakfast in the amount of RUB 2000.00 per day.
Upon arrival at the hotel in the rooms of the Premium, Superior, Deluxe, Junior Suite, and Suite categories, a deposit of 10,000.00 RUB is required to cover incidental expenses during the stay. For Imperial Junior Suite, Hermitage Suite, Imperial Suite, and Presidential Suite, the deposit amount is 20,000.00 RUB. The rest of this deposit will be refunded upon check-out. |
