Near the Neva, the Annunciation Church and the Annunciation Bridge.
Comfortable bed, sheets are changed every three days (if you want, more often). Shampoo, shower gel and body lotion are regularly added to the bathroom. Towels are changed every day.
Very friendly staff, the girls at the reception really try to help the guests.
