When checking out, guests are asked to leave clean dishes, household appliances and take away garbage. Apartment representatives are ready to provide these services for an additional fee. Washing dishes — RUB 500.00, taking out the trash — RUB 200.00.
Stains on textiles and furniture, breakages and any other damage, damage to property and premises are paid for at the expense of the deposit made by the guest, in the amount of the damage caused, the amount of which is calculated by the administration individually.
