The Reception and concierge staff were supportive, there is continent mall and metro station nearby 5 stops from center , rooms provided with washing machine but no drying option

No one answer when calling reception , calls go thru Valo complex call center not direct to hotel , several time I call and no answer??! Location far from the center, cooking smell in corridors , Room design is congested and no space, shower space is so tight to open do
