A room cleaning lady broke the kettlebell after I checked out of the room and then the hotel staff asked me to pay for the damage. I felt cheated.
Thanks for your feedback! Unfortunately, the hotel cannot confirm your words. Our staff works in rooms with the door open, that is why it is impossible to damage the property. In addition, the staff has been tested over years of working, we are confident in our employees! Also, you admitted that you were very drunk at night and don’t remember anything. After your stay in the room, there were left a damaged kettle and microwave, black inside with soot. The hotel rightfully charged you a fine for damage the property.
