Terrible. When we arrived there is a bad smell coming from the bathroom, we realize that there is a hole in the floor with the sewer connection which is not well welded. The sheets were dirty (various old and obvious stains with scattered hair), as if they had not been changed. We wrote to the administrator, who replied the following day saying that the sheets were in fact clean, and that it could happen anyway. She didn’t comment about the smell
