The rooms of great value, perfect location - just right on the promenade and few steps up from the beach, near Demdrarium(the place to visit!!) and bus stops. I've booked single room - it was ok: small, clean, cozy room with balcony overviewed to the inside garden. The bed was very comfortable, the shower clean, and all the equipment was working. The hotel provides edible breakfast in the main building - nothing special, but the assortment of food is anough to choose from. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. If I go Sochi next time, I would definately choose Primorskaya again (especially if they supply rooms with wi-fi internet))So if you are not looking for red carpet treatment, this place would be the best choice!
