Each half of the house has an individual parking with video surveillance, a terrace, a barbecue area. On the site there is a children's playground — 30 m. A separate Russian wood-fired bath. Additionally offered: a boat ride on the 6-seater Phoenix 600, motorboat rental, SUP boards, snowmobiles.

Area — 80 sq. m. Layout: living room-kitchen — 30 sq. m, with a fireplace and a 200×220 sofa, two bedrooms of 12 sq. m — with 160×200 and 2×90×200 beds. Two bathrooms — on the first and second floors. Heating — heated floors on the first floor, radiators in each room, boiler room and fireplace. Kitchen equipment: dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, gas stove, kettle, toaster, coffee maker. Basic consumables included: salt, bags, sponge, rag, towel, dishwasher tablets. Bed linen is satin, towels are terry, toiletries are provided.

The booking price of a house does not include: snowmobile tours, a walk on a large boat along the Ladoga shchers, renting a boat, motor, sup-boards, or baths.

Guests should pay attention to the fact that the cottage is a couple, the second half of the house is not rented. There is sound insulation. The yard, parking, exit to the lake and the barbecue area are separate.

Russian bath is paid additionally from RUB 3500.00.

One child under 5 years old stays free of charge.
