The territory of the guest house with an area of 1 hectare is surrounded by forest on 3 sides. Guests are available: parking with video surveillance, terrace with furniture and view of the forest, barbeque area. A Russian wood-fired sauna with brooms and herbs is offered for an additional fee. Services: a walk on a 6-seater boat along the Ladoga shkhers and a trip to Valaam, renting a boat and a motor for walking and fishing, SUP boards, snowmobile tours to lakes, gorges, to ice waterfalls. There is its own playground, which is convenient for families. For children there is a cot-pen, a high chair, a stand for the sink, a bath, a potty. There are washing machines, ironing board, iron in the household unit in public access.

The house has a living room-kitchen with a fireplace and a sofa 200x220, 1 bedroom with a double bed 160х200 with a mattress and satin linen, furniture and textiles. In the bathroom: sink, shower, toilet, hair dryer, terry towels, shower gel, toilet paper. The kitchen has appliances and dishes: dishwasher, microwave oven, refrigerator, gas stove, kettle, toaster, as well as salt, garbage bags, kitchen towel, sponge and cloth, dishwashing detergent, dishwasher tablets. There is a warm floor throughout the house.
