Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. The hotel may undergo renovation work, noise is possible in the time interval from 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM.

Upon arrival after 11:00 PM, a mandatory prepaid rate applies all year round, regardless of the booking conditions.

The summer pool is located at the address Chernomorskaya str., house 14. Opening hours: Mon.-Sun. - from 08.00 AM - 07.00 PM.
The all-season swimming pool is located at 3 Chernomorskaya Street. Pool opening hours: Mon. – from 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Tue.– Sun. from 7:30 AM - 10:00 PM.
The resort fee is charged from 01.01.2022 from each guest in cash in the amount of RUB 50.00 for each day, not counting the day of arrival. Does not apply to persons who have a place of residence in this region.
Dogs up to 10 kg can be accommodated at the hotel for an additional fee. The amount of payment must be specified at the hotel.
The cost of living includes the use of the Circus beach when booking a room for 2 persons at a cost of RUB 7000.00 per night without breakfast.
