The front desk ignored my request about the mattress 2 days in a row, the mattress was really bad and in some parts caved right through, tried to tell them to come and take a look at this but no one cared, staff is more content on keeping their eyes on their phones all day, the sounds from other rooms around is bad, basically very minimal isolation between rooms, the location is a one way street where you can have a problem calling a taxi that wo
