At the private house

Year-round rent for up to 8 people is possible.

On the ground floor there is a kitchen with a bar counter, equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and dining table. The kitchen is combined with a living room with a fireplace and home theater. From the living room there is an exit to the area with a fountain and barbecue area. Also on the floor: bathroom, climate control system, high-speed Wi-Fi and a separate entrance.

The second floor includes a covered veranda with a summer kitchen and an exit to the terrace and pool. The pool is equipped with a water filtration and heating system, there are sun loungers and umbrellas. On the floor there are two bedrooms with double beds, orthopedic mattresses and storage space. There is also a fold-out double sofa with a TV, a bathroom, climate control, Wi-Fi and a separate entrance.

The third floor is a room with one double and two single beds, furniture for relaxation. There is a view of the mountains and the territory. The floor is equipped with a private bathroom, climate control, Wi-Fi and a separate entrance.

On the site there is a garage for 3 cars. The green area is suitable for picnics and outdoor recreation.
