The accommodation includes one set of bed linen. An additional set of bed linen and towels is available for an extra charge of RUB 500.00 per set. Using bed linen provided by the apartments is allowed; however, bringing and using your own bed linen is strictly prohibited to avoid allergy cases among other guests.

Due to major renovations, the elevator service has been suspended since January 23, 2025. Guests are advised to plan their stay accordingly.

Check-in is conducted remotely, and payment is accepted via transfer only. At the discretion of the administrator, in-person check-in may be available. Check-in instructions are sent during business hours from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM local Khabarovsk time.

Upon departure, guests must wash any dirty dishes, the kitchen stove, and the oven, clean up visible trash, and take out garbage bags to the designated bin area. Any leftover food and bottles in the refrigerator are considered trash and should be disposed of by the guest. If house rules are violated or conditions are not met, the deposit will not be refunded.

The guest must contact the manager to receive check-in instructions until 10:00 PM.
