This place doesn't look much - in fact it's difficult at first even to find the entrance (It's through the cafe). Nevertheless once you've found your way to reception the girls couldn't be more helpful. We had room 14 which had a balcony and promised to be quieter than most. However it was rather noisy with the window open and the view was nothing. The cafe through which you walk to get in is fantastic although again it doesn't look much. I highly recommend it. The hotel is really conveniently situated and great value.
