At the private house

The house has an area of 96 sq.m. There is a terrace with a dining table and a smoking area. The house is equipped to accommodate up to 8 guests. Guests have access to three separate bedrooms and a fold-out double sofa in the living room. The house features heated floors in every room.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary dishes and appliances: there is a dishwasher, oven, stove, electric kettle, toaster, and refrigerator. Complimentary drinking water, tea, and coffee are provided. There is also a wine bar.

In the bathroom, guests will find a shower, towels, shampoo, soap, a hairdryer, and a washing machine.

The living room includes a Bluetooth speaker, a sofa, board games, and a dining table.

The grounds are treated against mosquitoes and ticks. On the property, there is a barbecue grill, outdoor furniture, and a fire pit area. Guests have access to parking for two cars.

Excursions around the local area—Repino, Komarovo, Sestroretsk—can be arranged. Airport or train station transfer can be organized on request.
