The new house is located in Kirov Park, not far from Broadway — Kirov Avenue, the main walking street of Pyatigorsk with chestnut alley, coffee shops, restaurants and shops. There is a zoo and an amusement park 100 m from the house. The apartment is located near the Bus Station and Train station. In the courtyard of the house there is a Playground, a closed area. 120 m from the house there is a parking near the cafe.

The apartments are located on the 1st floor of a five-storey brick house, have a separate entrance. There are five studio apartments on the floor. The maximum capacity of guests is 3 people.
