At the villa

The house is suitable for a couple and a family of up to four people. The house has one double bed in the bedroom on the second floor, a fold-out one-and-a-half sofa on the first floor, and a 200x80 cm couch. Additional sleeping places are fold-out poufs. During warm times of the day, you can stay on the closed summer veranda on the third floor.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, induction hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishwasher and washing machine. There are also: board games, books, a children's corner, a tank drum machine, a vinyl player, a film projector, a live fireplace. On the third floor there is a hammock for air yoga and a mat. On the territory of the guest house: a sauna with a panoramic view of the lake, a wood-fired hot tub, a boat, a SUP board, bicycles, a tennis table, a trampoline, a bow and arrows, a barbecue area with lighting next to the house. Fishing is possible from the pier and boat.

For gatherings, there is an open terrace with lighting on the first floor and a closed veranda on the third floor. Comfort in cold weather is maintained by additional heaters indoors, for the street there are blankets and galoshes.
