I had a horrible experience in this place. After a long day, I came back to my room late at night to find it locked. I was locked out from my room. I tried to open for long time, and fortunately I thought about knocking at the reception door (that was closed). The receptionist told me they locked the door because the thought I didn't pay for that night, and that I had to prove that I paid (which is unacceptable).
