The service is bad, the receptionist is rude. I paid for double lux room, she gave me the access to one room only. The hotel isnt guest friendly.

Dear Vanessa, you did not have a Superior Double Room booked. We don’t understand why you write that you booked a luxury room. We don't have luxury rooms at all. You took it as rudeness that they asked you for documents confirming your legal presence in Russia: Passport, Visa, migration card. You are a citizen of another state and must provide all this when checking into the hotel. But for some reason you caused a big scandal and began to provide other people’s documents and visas. Due to this, you could not be checked into the hotel on time. In turn, now talk about rudeness from the staff.
