What was good
The location and the hotel is super comfortable and convenient… Bank was just opposite, restaurants and supermarkets were all around the place, metro was just walkable distance… The kitchen had all essential amenities, the bed was super comfortable, washing machine was available… The Administrator was very helpful and all the instructions was clear. We enjoyed our stay in Jackpot❤️

It is well arranged, and they made great use of the space available to them
the towels were neatly folded, and the bedding and the room were clean

1. They should send inquiry messages to customers who book on third-party sites with details of what to do.
2. Also, i think the WiFi could be faster.
3. The room was also a bit cold, maybe the heaters need to be checked.

The battery was cold even though the stairs were hot. The bed was by the window. The window slammed badly even though the window was closed. The cabinet was not normal. The cabinet was made by hand. It's not even called a cabinet. The room is small. The entrance door from below is cracked.
