Some of the reception employees are not friendly like Ms. (Anna) but Mr.ILYA was very good and nice/ friendly with us and Mr Ameen as well.

Modern hotel with large and nice rooms
What was bad
Very very very bad housekeeping service. I stayed for 14 nights and everyday the housekeeping they don't clean the rooms, they don't keep tissues or towels and not cleaning the garbage.
I spoke several times with the hotel front desk and the housekeeping manager all of them were very nice and promise to resolve the issue but nothing change.
Everything was good except the housekeeping was very bad. I h
