The hotel staff are extremely rude. And they didn’t even accept me to stay there due to some foreign visa complications (allegedly) then another hotel took me within ten minutes of explaining my situation. My phone had died I asked them to let me charge even for it to turn on so I could call a Russian friend to explain it to them. They refused. I’d honestly hate to leave a terrible review as such.
