Good staff with a good location
Room interior, beautiful view from the window, cooler on the floor, proximity to the underground.
Long queues on arrival, lack of lock in the toilet in standard double bed room.
It was safe, clean, reliable
The Wifi setting instructions in our room was wrong, the reception couldnt provide them until the last day of our staying. The weights in our room were also wrong, and they substituted them again with the wrong ones. Because of it we couldn't correctly weight our luggage and had to do it in the airport. Also we had a cat with us, and in the hotel they couldn't give us any hint where to leave it, except search "in the internet" because it's strictly prohibited in the hotel to keep pets, and "it's a first time someone ever asked for it". So we lost a lot of time finding the right place for our cat.
