Terrible hotel. The hotel staff cannot understand human language. There is no electric kettle and shampoo in the room. Our reservation at zenhotels was extended for one more night before our first check in. But when we checked in, we were told we needed to check in twice and change rooms in between two days. When we sent evisa to the hotel email as requested, Hara at the front desk kept saying that the email was not received. After checking

The room is very clean, but it would be better to have a boiler in the room instead of buying water from outside. The service is good, but it would be convenient to have a water boiler in the room.
