Otel located in Kazanskij vokzal on the 4th floor without any elevator available. When travel with suitcases it is so hard to claim to the hotel. Personal is good and friendly, room was clean , but so hot and no option to change temperature.

Service! was horrible! The receptionist was totally rude with everyone. She didn't even speak English, but I've been in other hotels with non-speaking receptionist and they were great! This lady (Black hair) was awful. The hotel does not allow you to keep luggage before and after check-in/out, which all hotels do! Also, she was so rude that she didn't want anyone to stay in the lobby! We will never return to this hotel ever.

all near, metro station under the hotel, 3 train station, many restaurants quiet place, no english but no problems with that, microwave, fridge, iron available, hot water, good place to stay with low budget.
