Obywatele rosyjscy są zobowiązani posiadać oryginalny rosyjski paszport w chwili przyjazdu.

To obtain a pass to enter the apartment, it is necessary to send passport photos of all residents, including additional guests, in advance.

Payment is made only by bank transfer (please take into account the payment system commission of 3.5%).

Accommodation of additional guests is discussed and considered by the administrator on an individual basis. Accommodation of the third guest is paid additionally in the amount of RUB 4000.00.

Invitation of guests is agreed with the administrator at least 24 hours before arrival. Additional guests must also have an original passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation. Guests can enter the room between 03:00 PM and 10:00 PM, accompanied by the administrator. The exact time of arrival of guests must be communicated in advance.

Apartments are not rented to large and noisy companies.

The reservation department and reception are open 24 hours. Guests are asked to inform of their arrival 1 hour before arrival. If guests plan to check in at different times, they must inform about this in advance.

Night check-in is possible by agreement for an additional fee of RUB 5000.00. Early check-in is possible by agreement and for an additional fee of RUB 3000.00. Late check-out is discussed with the administrator.

Cleaning is done at the guest's request, organized through the administrator.

Parking on the territory is city, free for 10 minutes after entry, then paid in the amount of RUB 400.00 per hour.
