Additional information
Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. On the territory of the entire resort complex there is a cashless payment system. Guests must present a voucher upon arrival. After issued a guest card or bracelet, which is a universal electronic wallet.
Before arrival, guests must pay an advance payment of 10% of the cost of living. Prepayment should be made within five days of booking. Within a few days after making the reservation, the representative of the hotel will contact and provide information on how to make a prepayment.
