Unfortunately, it's not a three-star hotel. There are refugees living there, there are many children. The hotel looks like an old barn, it's too bad. There are dirty walls, floor, window sill.

The Commander

I was in Kursk. The hotel was chosen because of its location in the center. Plus it is included in the cashback program on the map of the world when traveling through Russia. So 20% of the cost came back on the map after 3 days. Initially booked the most budgetary number, but after entering the category was increased. I got a huge room in two windows with a view to the avenue. The bed is healthy, the mattress is excellent, the clothes are quite new. Among the disadvantages is carpet in the room and the lack of a full shower. There is a jacuzzi with shower bed, but to use one hand is inconvenient. But I do not regret that I chose this hotel.

Two nights in Kursk

It's just awful!!!. - Some minus. Rooms(401 business((() in very bad condition!. Somebody left milk in the refrigerator (. Also who left the mattress in the closet. There's no teacup, there's no water. There's no curtain in the hallway. There's no bathroom (jacuzzi) curtain, there's no shower attachment, the bathroom floor is dirty, the toilet is dirty!. Furniture and equipment are old!. I don't recommend! For that kind of money you could find a better hotel, since you arrived late (at night time) there was no desire to go anywhere and look for another hotel.. + Hotel in the center.

I wouldn't recommend it!

I went in the hall at night, the lights were not on, the administrators were sleeping in the same room, on the couches. I immediately wondered where I was... In the rooms there is a smell of some kind of mold. Dirty... terrible! Put on a jacuzzi - the water barely runs, dirty and stinking - did not take a bath... the shower is jammed, some of them have been able to wash themselves since the morning. The air conditioner is not working, the windows are going out to the main street, you open - and there is a fire, a fire, a fire, cars are looking. Breakfast is a separate song... asked for water, she replies to me -  from the closet, or a paycheck. You can almost choose a meal! You can't really... You can't just pay the price when you're in the parking lot, but you can't find a parking lot, and the drivers at the park are not very good at it!

We often live with colleagues in this hotel, working in Kursk. The advantages: there are huge rooms, with large comfortable beds, comfortable tables for work. The unconditional plus is the location in the very center of the city; for me, the plus is the huge - a beautiful coffee shop in the same building. The disadvantages: most of the windows on Kursk's main street are noisy even at night; the hall and corridors are constantly being repaired; the carpet is old, in some rooms kinescopic prehistoric televisions are on the verge of extinction; the technology is not bad, but I am not a fan of jazz, so the minutes; the restaurant's restaurant is quite standard, without showing off - there is nothing to tell and describe.

I was at work at the end of September, so to speak... in Soviet times there was a luxurious hotel. There were huge rooms. But time goes on, and they only added a jacuzzi and air conditioning. In general, everything is comfortable and delicious breakfast. But the room is a little unpleasant, dirty.

Not bad by the Soviet standards.

I spent two nights in the room, the jacuzzi didn't work, the air conditioning didn't work, windows came out, the heat was on, the carpets were laid on the floor, the smell of something unpleasant in the room, tobacco smoke.

It's a shame!

I had to be on a business trip. The hotel matches its stars. There is tomorrow (again acceptable for your stars). The room can of course be updated. For a business trip you will go for 1 night, but for a long stay - no.

Visiting

It's the most typical hotel in a provincial city. It's very conveniently located in the heart of the city. The interior is clean, tidy, but not very fresh, and, of course, without any fancy - the perfect option for a short working visit to the city.

Good price, huge room with a beautufil bathroom. It is in the city center. Breakfast is okay. The lady who welcomed me in the evening spoke good English. The one who farewelled didn't. But still I had no problem. They all do their best and it is enough.
