From 09/01/2025, the children's room will be unavailable to guests until the beginning of the winter season. Approximately until 12/25/2025 (additional information can be provided at the hotel). Coupons for free access to 1 hour of the children's room will be valid at the Erbelia Hotel, the lower level of the Rosa Khutor resort, at 4 Lavanda Embankment.

For guests staying in the Mountain Olympic Village, the cost of a walking ticket for the Olympia cable car, which connects the hotel level and the lower base of the resort, will be RUB 100.00 per day for guests over 15 years old and RUB 50.00 per day for guests from 7 to 14 years old. You can buy a ticket upon check-in at the reception. Children up to and including 6 years old can use the cable car for free. The first ascent according to the booking confirmation is free.

Guests have access to Rosa Khutor Beach. On the beach: sun beds under a shaded canopy, umbrellas and bungalows, recreation facilities for people with limited mobility, comfortable changing rooms and showers, a children's playground and SPA areas. There is a rental and sale of beach accessories, a summer cafe and a fresh bar with ottomans, a SUP-surfing point, catamarans, and a dive center.

From June 1, a shuttle service runs to and from the sea beach. It operates daily and departs twice a day.
