Villa of 4 floors with two heated swimming pools on the territory of 25 acres, lawn-glade of 15 acres. Buffet area by the pool, volleyball: there is a net, football, basketball: a playground with a ring, hammock, badminton, table tennis, dartz, poker, balls, pneumatic shooting range with targets: a rifle with optics and a pistol, deck chairs. Heated swimming pool 10x4 m, 2 m deep, water heated to 30 degrees on request, with a seating area and HI-class audio system 300 W. Works karaoke and TV, light music, Wi-Fi. Barbecue area: brazier, cast iron cauldrons 9L and 12L, oven-podkazannik, refrigerator cabinet, sink, skewers and grates are provided. Mobile fireplace-hearth at the table on the street. Outdoor area under a gazebo by the pool with a table for 35 people. Table in the house for 12-14 people. Fireplace room with a working wood-burning fireplace. SPA area: Russian wood-burning sauna for 8 people, heated to 120 degrees, with a 2x3 m swimming pool, tub, brooms with access to the main pool. A billiard room with a table is charged extra.
It is possible to hold birthdays, holidays, anniversaries, weddings, corporate parties, family holidays. Conditions for large events are discussed separately.
