In 2025, reconstruction work continues on the central embankment of the village of Koktebel. The following beaches are available to guests:

— Beach at Junge Hill.

Distance from the hotel — 1.8 km.

Equipped beach with a fine pebble surface, sand in the sea. Individual shade canopies are provided, water activities are offered. There is a cafe, a beach bar, and a natural stone studio on the territory.

— Priboy Beach.

Distance from the hotel — 1.9 km.

A beach with pebbles and a rocky bottom. There is a fine pebble entrance at the far end, suitable for children. Breakwaters are installed. Paid sun loungers with canopies are available, there is a free shade canopy and a canteen. The approach to the beach passes through a section with a steep ascent and descent.

— Boro-Boro Beach.

Distance from the hotel — 2 km.

Equipped beach with small pebbles, sand in the sea. Sun loungers and individual canopies are available for an additional fee, water activities, a cafe.

— Malibu Beach.

Distance from the hotel — 2.3 km.

Equipped beach with a covering of small pebbles and sand in the coastal zone. Sun loungers and canopies are available for an additional fee, water activities, a cafe and a beach bar are available.

— White Griffin Beach.

Distance from the hotel — 1.6 km on foot or 2 km by car.

The beach is not recommended for families with children. Covered with slabs, access to the sea is via stairs. Sun loungers are available for an additional fee, a cafe is open. The descent is possible via a steep staircase or a bypass road.

Guests can order a taxi from the hotel.

The cost of a trip to any point in Koktebel is RUB 250.00 per car.

A shuttle bus runs to the protected beach of Tikhaya Bukhta. Cost: RUB 200.00 per person.
