Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Front desk opening hours 14:00 - 22:00. To arrange check-in, guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.
Pets up to 10 kg can be accommodated. Guests must notify the receptionist in advance about checking in with a dog. Contact information is provided on the booking confirmation.
Rules of accommodation with animals:
1. Mandatory notification of an animal. If the guests have not informed about staying with a dog, the facility has the right to refuse to check in. Separate tents are provided for guests with pets.
2. Additional cleaning fee
The guest is obliged to pay compensation for cleaning wool, odors and saliva. However, dogs are not allowed to lie or run on beds and bedding.
3. Walking rules
In the morning, guests are asked to walk their pet in the opposite direction from the dog enclosures so as not to wake other guests.
