Description of the campground

Location

Kamennaya Kareliya Hotel is located on the shore of the Kirjavalahti Bay of Lake Ladoga. The complex is surrounded by the cliffs of the ancient Kirjavalahti volcano and pine forest. There is an eco-trail with signs and lighting on the territory. The city of Sortavala is 17 km away.

At the hotel

A 45-seat home-style café offers dishes of Karelian cuisine. Guided tours of the Ladoga skerries and industrial heritage routes of Northern Priladozhye are available. Workshops on Karelian traditions are offered. An illuminated eco-trail is accessible for walks.

In the room

The complex features eight A-frame houses. Two of them are adapted for guests with disabilities and have two euro-sofa beds. Each house has a studio room on the ground floor, a kitchen area, a spacious bathroom, and a mezzanine level. On the ground floor there is a euro-sofa bed 140×200 cm and an armchair bed 90×190 cm. The mezzanine has two orthopedic mattresses 90×200 cm.

There are also camping cottages 25 sq. m. Each is designed for two guests and has a euro-sofa bed 140×200 cm, an armchair bed 90×190 cm, a spacious bathroom, and a tea table. All cottages are equipped for guests with disabilities.
